C group GYM ASSESSMENTS

All members of the C group are encouraged to attend a Gym Assessment with DST Staff member Scott Noa, Athletic Therapist.  

This is a 1hr session conducted at Scott's Road to Recovery gym 321 Coronation Ave, Duncan, BC

Both Swimmer + Parents are necessary to attend.  Swimmer: please attend with appropriate gym attire.

Please use "Job Signup" to declare your date and time - opens 08aug19.  If unable to schedule one of these times, then please contact Scott directly to schedule a different date and time at Scott' regular Athletic Therapist rates (ie there is not cost if you use the Job Signup times!)

* members who have started the season in C group have the Assessment built into their program.  New members moving up mid year can elect to do the Assessment at their own personal cost and coordinated directly with Scott or wait until incorporating this specialized training until the 2020/21 season.
