• Latex Caps: thinner material than silicone 
• Silicone Caps: thicker material than latex

Neither cap is better than the other, just a matter of preference.  Latex is cheaper and typically has a shorter life.  Silicone is more expensive and has less stretch than latex; many swimmers find them to be more comfortable than latex.

• Goggles are a must for every swimmer.  We suggest these Vorgee Jr sized goggles (Dolphin model) as a starting point for your swimmer to learn their preferences.  Typical life is a full season (if not lost!).
