20nov2025 UPDATE:

*NEW* DST will be accepting non perishable items / toiletries donations for the local Food Bank: Cowichan Valley Basket Society.

  • This competition is open for all Stingrays members registered at the SwimBC Competitive level.  Members from our Fit4Life & FUNdamentals are also welcome to attend but must upgrade their Swim BC Registration.  For more info, please connect with the Group's Lead Coach:

  • Higher skilled members of the B/C groups may also have the opportunity to attend the 2025 NRST Ugly Sweater Inv'l (H&F) on the Sunday only.  Once confirmed from the host team: Nanaimo Riptides, we will publish the Event Page for this competition and send an invite out to the selected Swimmers.  Uncertain if this is appropriate for your Swimmer?  Please connect with your Group's Lead Coach

  • Members attending the 2025 Richmond FastSwim Classic are also encouraged to attend the DST hosted Winter Break Inv'l
