CAC Youth Orientation --> max 5 spots

New this season, we're doing some specific land sports and for the weeks that we are at the CAC, there is an additional requirement for all involved.

This extraordinary orientation event is open for all Stingrays Swimmers ages 13yrs & up with 5 spots available for this specific time only.  All other Swimmers are encouraged to connect directly with the CAC to schedule your own Orientation.  Cost is $4.45 per participant who will receive the necessary training + a free drop-in pass for a future visit.

The details:

On Saturday AM, the Stingrays are doing extraordinary dryland training prior to our regular water times.  Some weeks we are in the Cowichan Community Centre and some weeks we'll be at the Cowichan Aquatic Centre.

On the weeks we are at the CAC, there is the requirement mandated by the CAC that all participants:

1. be 13yrs & older
2. have completed their Youth Orientation*
   1. *some of our Sr Swimmers may have already completed this orientation.  An update is not necessary but please confirm with the CAC front desk that you have completed this requirement

In consideration of being an organized User Group, the CAC is kindly opening up a DST only orientation day this coming Saturday.  There are only 5 spots available so please use the "Job SignUp" to secure the space for your Swimmer.
Cost will be $4.45 per swimmer so please ensure yours has the payment available on this coming Saturday.  Each participant will receive the training + a free facility pass for a future drop-in.

If this coming Saturday does not work for your family or you're not of the fastest 5 to take advantage of this time, please do as instructed in the opening paragraph of the attachment: "Youth orientations.... can be booked at the reception, by phone, or online".

ALL MEMBERS: please be sure to complete the attached form and bring to your Orientation along with your $4.45

For future reference and how this works:  when DST is doing our dryland at the CAC, the incoming athletes will have to have their Orientation verified by the reception prior to access to the gym.  For those athletes who do not have access OR are not yet 13yrs of age, there will be alternative programming in lieu.  All Swimmers will meet in the CAC lobby on Saturday AMs @ 730 for directions thereafter.
