Canada Day celebrates the birthday of Canada. 158 years ago, On July 1, 1867 Canada became a new federation with its own constitution by signing the Constitution Act - formerly known as the British North America Act.
Out of respect, the Cowichan Aquatic Centre and the Duncan Swim Team will be observing this date - all programs are canceled. Please use this additional time to honor this date in the manner of your choosing.
