20nov2021 update:
Travel north of Nanaimo is currently experiencing delays. To check the most up to date information and / or see live webcams please be sure to check out DriveBC.
At last I've heard, it is taking some upwards of 2+hrs to make it through the detour. We have not heard that it is 'emergency travel' only as of yet. If you've heard otherwise, please update Leanne along with the online reference so that it can be posted.

Warmups:
We will have 2 sessions of warmup:
Session 1 2:00-2:25 PM: DST
Swimmers cannot come on deck before 1:30 PM. Bleacher space will be pre-assigned so 2nd warmup swimmers please arrive after 2:00 PM to help with traffic flow.
Timer Help:
We are looking for 8 volunteer timers from outside our club to help us out.

Spectators:
We will be allowing full vaccinated spectators on deck. They will be limited to 2 small bleachers separate from the athletes and volunteers. We will have 45 deck passes that clubs can distribute.
DST: 5 passes
There is no spectator access before 2:15 PM.

The Comox Valley Aquatic Club is planning on racing on Sunday 21nov2021.
