Hello to all Duncan Swim Team Members!
We're excited to welcome you back to the 25/26 season. We've posted our AGM for Fri 21nov2025 @ 600 - 700pm.
- LOCATION: Queen Margaret's School, multipurpose room
- TIME: 600 - 700pm
- DST Jr Staff are available to supervise a FUN SWIM at the CAC from 530 - 730. PLEASE use the ONLINE DECLARATION if your child(ren) are/is will be attending the CAC FUN SWIM. We are in need of accurate numbers to ensure safety for all involved.
Volunteers needed!
We are in need of volunteers to make our vision of delivering a program that will develop a love of swimming and help all swimmers explore and achieve their full potential. We are accepting nominations for the following volunteer positions:
- Organizational Committees
We have openings for many of our committees. These are seen as supporting roles for the entire membership and require attention only to this role - no need to go out of your comfort zone!
Specific roles are listed below; we are always keen on creating new committees for the needs that YOU recognize would benefit the whole Team. If you've skills and the inclination to create a new Organizational Committee, DST Head Coach Leanne is ready to work with you. Please email PRIOR to the AGM so that we can lay some groundwork and be ready to present.- Team / Social Events coordinator
- Grants research & applications
- Corporate Sponsorship
- Timing & Electronics Manager (takes care of console, wires, etc)
