- WU start: to accommodate all entries, we’ve had to adjust the WU times slightly:
- Session 1 (Sat 11&U): NOT 1:00 WU start
NEW WU start time is 12:30 - Session 2 (Sat 12&O): NOT 5:00 WU start
NEW WU start time is 4:00 - Session 3 (Sun): remains unchanged
- Session 1 (Sat 11&U): NOT 1:00 WU start
- DISTANCE: to accommodate all entries, we will be double laning our 800s where possible
- NO SPECTATORS & LIVE STREAMING: reminder that we’ll be going with no spectators on deck and will be providing Live Streaming will be posted on the Stingrays YouTube page
- OFFICIATING
We’re currently a bit short (entirely expected huh). All sessions could use some more individuals to help out, especially with our Session 2 being VERY short of volunteers.
Please consider with your Team and encourage your families to take advantage of the seat they can secure on deck!- For point of reference, the ratio for officials vs swimmers entered by Team is:
- Session 1 @ 1:10
- Session 2 @ 1:4
- Session 3 @ 1:10

- COVID Proof of Vaccination & MASK WEARING
If you / your swimmer / your household is exhibiting common COVID symptoms, please consider your community and self isolate.
Please make sure that all coaches, swimmers, and officials coming to the Meet have their BC Vaccination ID with them along with gov’t issued ID to verify (adult). For anyone 12yrs & older, they must have their BC Vaccination ID to be admitted to the Meet / facility.- COVID check in will open a half hour prior to each session and will stay open until the end of session. Please respect the 30min window before YOUR Warm Up.
- MASK WEARING - Masks must be worn by all attendees (Swimmers 5yrs & up,) Coaches, and Officials while in the Cowichan Aquatic Centre. The only exception for mask wearing will be for swimmers entering & exiting the pool.

- SwimActive & FUNdamentals Stage 3 swimmers are also invited to attend but please note that this will exhaust your '1 competitive opportunity' of your Swim BC Non Competitive Registration.
Swimmers can attend this event with only the meet fees cost but future competitions will require your swimmer to upgrade the Swim BC Registration to Competitive. Question? Please discuss with your Swimmer's regular Coach firstname@duncanstingrays.com

This Meet is open to all members from D group and higher. Those in the Stroke School & SwimActive are welcome to attend - please contact your Swimmer's Lead Coach to see if this is a good fit firstname@duncanstingrays.com
- those in the Stroke School and / or registered as a SwimBC "Non Competitive" swimmer are allowed 'one competitive opportunity per season'. Please note that participation in this sanctioned competition will exhaust this one opportunity.
Your swimmer can upgrade their insurance to be eligible for further sanctioned competitions in the 2019/20 season at an additional cost. Please contact your Swimmer's regular Coach for details.
