Our first D Group Training Session!
For those who are unfamiliar with Long Course (LC). Our swim season is split up into two portions, the first half of the season is all short course racing in 25m pools and the second half of the season is long course racing in 50m pools.
Entry Level and Full D Group swimmers are all welcome to attend.
