Long Course Training at NAC!
Swimmers in the A & B Groups who are qualified to race at the upcoming 2023 Swim BC Winter Provincials are invited to attend this extraordinary LC training session. This will be the ONLY opportunity for LC preparation prior to Prov on Mar 2 - 5, 2023.
To note: this Sun training session is in lieu of the regular Sat AM session at CAC. Swimmers are welcome to choose either training session.
