Long Course Training at NAC!
Swimmers in the A & B Groups and those in C Group with a minimum Swim BC Divisionals QT are encouraged to attend Long Course training at the Nanaimo Aquatic Centre on (most) Sundays from 02apr2023 - 02july2023. Please check the DST calendar for specific weekends that this extraordinary training is on.
To note: this Sun training session is in lieu of the regular Sat AM session at CAC. Swimmers are welcome to choose either training session. There is also the option of using the Sat session as their makeup for any missed sessions throughout the week.
To note: Sat sessions will be updated on the Sun LC weekends to 845 - 1045am @ CAC (no mental skills training!)
