Long Course Training at NAC!
Swimmers in the A/B/C Groups are encouraged to attend Long Course training at the Nanaimo Aquatic Centre on (most) Sundays from 21jan2024 - 30jun2024 to prepare for the LC racing season.
TO NOTE: When Sun @ NAC is on, Sat @ CAC is canceled. It's one or the other! Please check the DST calendar for specific weekends that this extraordinary training is on.
