REMINDER to all: Sat sessions at the CAC are canceled when the LC sessions are available.
Long Course Training at NAC!
Swimmers in the A/B Groups are encouraged to attend Long Course training at the Nanaimo Aquatic Centre on (most) Sundays from 26jan2025 - 29jun2025 to prepare for the LC racing season.
- A & B Groups @ 600 - 745am
TO NOTE: When Sun @ NAC is on, Sat @ CAC is canceled for the specific groups listed. It's one or the other!
