Due to timeline constraints, we will be running the 400 Free and 400 IM as Timed Finals, with the top 8 swimmers in each gender swimming in finals.

We had 9 swimmers enter the 1500 in each gender, so I am looking for a volunteer each to scratch.

On Sunday between heats and finals we will have a hot dog roast at Cadboro-Gyro Park for all swimmers. No cost to attend. If you/your team plan to come, let me know by Friday so we have enough food for you."

The Duncan Stingrays are excited to be attending this extraordinary SC competition being held at the Saanich Commonwealth Place, hosted by Pacific Coast Swimming on Sat 26july & Sun 27july2025.
This is a Heats & Finals competition so all who are attending, please be sure to plan for the full day of racing.
Members interested in swimming beyond the 15july2025 are expected to enter in this competition to ensure a focused and engaged group of swimmers.
