Families: please note that this discussion will be Swimmer led. It will be the responsibility of the Swimmer to inform their Supporters of the above discussions. It is our endeavor to help our youth, who have proven dedication and discipline, to become 'drivers of their own destiny' with the support of Coaches & Families.
Once the Swimmer&Coach meeting has been had, your Swimmer will be encouraged to discuss their upcoming season with you, their primary Supporters. Following the Swimmer & Supporter having connected, I'm more than happy to discuss further with Parents... and connect some dots :)
