We're excited to announce our newest fundraiser that's sure to make waves... We're offering meat and seafood products that'll have you hooked in no time!
From surf to turf, we've got everything you need to kick off BBQ season! This is the perfect time to fill your freezer with quality meats and seafood!
While it might be tempting to just purchase for your own household to feed your hungry swimmer(s), don't be shellfish and let your friends/family/coworkers/neighbours place an order, too! Reviews are great for these products and all purchases benefit our team.
In the attachments:
- an order form in PDF (to print for canvassing).
- an order form in Excel.
- a full-colour small "poster" that you can share via email/social media.
- supplemental product information.
To place your order:
- Send your order form to fundraising@duncanstingrays.com. (If you took orders manually, you can send a picture of your printed form. Or send the filled-in electronic form.)
- I will send you an eTransfer invoice for the amount owing, for you to pay upon receipt.
Orders must be in by end of: Tuesday, April 18th.
Payments must be in by end of: Wednesday, April 19th.
REALLY Important Note: Our order will be delivered to us, frozen, early afternoon on Saturday, April 29th near the pool. You are responsible for picking up your orders that afternoon and distributing to your buyers. We will not be responsible for keeping products frozen if orders are not picked up.
