Registered Dietitian and former Stingrays Parent Dina Ridenour will be volunteering her time and expertise in presenting Nutritional infomormation to our Team.
Main Theme: fuel for training, recovery, and performance
Targeted Audience: Swimmers & Parents from A/B/C groups. Members from D/SwimActive/E groups are also welcome to attend.
Location: Cowichan Community Centre Boardroom
--> 3rd floor of the CCC. entrance from Library side, accessible via stairs and elevator.
