  this is NOT A TIMELINE.  This is a general estimate and this is only to be used as a reference.

There will be an approximate 1hr break mid day where the racers can have a FUN SWIM in the Wave Pool and use the waterslides.  All competitors will have a small lunch provided (fruit: banana/apple/orange, a granola bar/gummy snack, and a slice of pizza). 

Individuals with dietary considerations please plan accordingly!

DST is proud to host the very first Vancouver Island Region (VIR) Level Up Comp #1 on Saturday 21oct2023.  This competition is UNSANCTIONED and is suited for our Swimmers in the D Group, SwimActive, and the FUNdamentals Stage 3 programs.  
TO NOTE: FUNdamentals Stages 2 & 1 will be invited to this level of competition later in the season.  For this opening competition we will be inviting the more experienced swimmers out first to then be an example and leader to the new ones in FUN 1 & FUN 2 at future competitions.

This series of competitions is focused on the swimmers who are new to the Sport of Swimming all the way up to those striving to qualify for the Vancouver Island Regional Championships.
