- UVic dormitories are an economical option for accommodations for those attending. Last year we had a block of rooms and common areas to ourselves and swimmers (and parents!) were able to mingle and rest comfortably between heats and finals. If interested in booking, please contact Janice (fundraising@duncanstingrays.com) to be included in planning
The 2023 Vancouver Island Regional Long Course Championships are being held at Saanich Commonwealth Place on Fri June 10 - Sun Jun 12.
Minimum 1 x VIR QT for entrance. Please check back for the 2022/23 season's VIR Time Standards.
Please note: this is a Heats & Finals competition and it is expected by all competing to be in attendance for both sessions on the day(s) of commitment.
